Land Expansion goes up to 40.

I am having a nightmare moving buildings to my newly purchased land. Simply put it, it will not move. Sometimes it does but not where I want it. Nothing will move into the top left of my land expansions.

I do not see flower shop dropping anything. Please help.

After being accused of the same thing, I wrote to GI and in about a week later everything was corrected.
