Good question-of the TH4 items, you can receive stamp @ level 18 and master plan @ level 23. I'm not sure about shredder and city model, but I'm guessing they probably come in at level 23, too. Sending you a neighbour request from my third game (level 10):).

How long can we go without upgrading, any ideas? I have plenty left to work on, plus I'm pretty sure my World Map has always been broken (in my first game.)

A lot of the collections (not all) have had that all along- I learned quite a bit just reading through them one afternoon.:writing::)

I know! Other neighbours say gifts go missing. First my IOS neighbours were blocked, then they came back. Then android neighbours disappeared as they updated. It feels like we're on three different islands.:drowning: But yes, let's try again once I update.:)

@Marcio Veiga when exactly did you update? It's odd that one of my games got added to you but not the other, and I'm trying to figure out if it's because I stll haven't updated.

Why will you lose your neighbours? Does updating drop people off your list?
