I have just found out another uses for hardware restart of phone during game. if you wait few hours for plains to return and they bring nothing interesting you just needed, and this can be sometime very annoying. try this after plains returned and clicked them you do not get what you want do...

Teaspoon: 1-2 sec after unwanted buy + around 7 sec of holding power button to phone restart.

From my game. during quest visiting ended with no building and no way back to may airport (only restart of the game). As I have finished quest yesterday and visited few friends airports it all was OK. I can see their airports with buildings and return to my airport without any problems.

After finishing Cinemania quest, visiting neighbors came back to normal. so GI disabled this for quest time because of rockfest. It seems that GI programmers are not so good, if they only can stop rockfest glitch (which they created themselves) by disabling the visits in such a way.

I am playing on samsung galaxy. it happen me as well. but just after i spent few greens this way i pushed and hold my power button for few seconds to hardware reset of the phone (button on right side of the phone). after restart i had greens back and no powerup :) maybe small delay in saving...
