Glad you got yours solved as well! I'm really curious this insistence the support team (in particular Carmen) has on screenshots. Given they are GI why would a screenshot from a player be the "evidence" they need...given that surely they can go into any game at any time.

It's true on the progress, even if much if it has been for the worse (that Ride the Comet event...man...) On the buddies thing, I can't see any other reason why the blatant cheating (largely by Russian-speaking players) is tolerated.
