WOOT, I was able to load my game and it seems to be working normal now.

The update is broken. My husband and I both just downloaded the update and both of us received the same error that the game failed to download and we must contact customer service. So upset!!! Gi needs to get their quality control in check, these errors in every update is inexcusable!

Agreed, I am sad for the same reason. I cannot earn the badge because the drop rate on the jackets is next to nothing. I'm at 14/100 and I click nonstop. I also agree about the ridiculousness that it has been over 3 months and I still don't have an ad on Windows. They give us cars driving around...

If only ads were working on Windows.... (over 1 month now!!!) Still finished despite the error. Disappointed Gi! gave Android gifts but whenever Windows has had delays they just blame it on the store and tell us to wait.... Anyway, thanks for the badge and good luck to everyone going for top...

Thank you very much for the birthday wishes!!! <3 My game suddenly lost all neighbors and alliance back on the 20th, so I've been waiting for Gi to restore them since then. Fingers crossed this happens soon!! No game for a week has made me a sad panda. :/
