To get an Aztec Pyramid you need six Bird Helmets from Chichen Itza and six Two-Headed Serpents from Tenochtitlan. Since you only have one map between the two, I would begin by buying ten Excavation: Mesoamerica maps from the Airship Store for 2000 coins each. Cross your fingers for the maps you need!
