I believe the one who starts the launch has to have the QL active; then the icon shows and everyone who joins gets the benefit. It could be that if a player with a QL joins a launch, they are the only one who gets the benefit. I do know that there is a bug currently that screws up QL launches. Perhaps @flip123 can give you more information. Cheers, Tom
