I am neither a long time player or a newbie, but I really like this event. It's got new destinations, ok it will take a long time to get the stars but why rush? The rewards are really great too, I think this is one of the most rewarding events i participated in, very much better and much more...

Strange. I checked for lightning arrester on flight to Dallas in my game and it wasn't there, but it could be cause I've already upgraded the control tower to level 14.

These items should be recieved in condor flights, have you checked that?

It happens to all of us from time to time especially since you have so few event buildings. Normally one item in a collection is harder to get. Build 6 of each theater to increase drop chance.
