I just checked with my son and he is listed in the competition. Both he abd my support account have only made a few of the levels while I have finished all. I didn't check competition in my main acount before, but I see a thread about players disappearing, maybe it is we who have finished all...

This happened to me too but only in my main acount, not in my support acount. I filed a report and got compensation.

No, but have you installed the latest update? There is always an update the day before a new event. If you've done that force stop the apo and clear cache. If that doesn't help restart your device and if it still doesn't start turn to support.
