Same as last year's event, tasks involve visiting neighbors' Student Residence Hall level 1 and Educational Center level 2 (in addition to the level 3 buildings).

I zoomed in to the max and this is what I got. Not entirely sure how to make a screenshot of better resolution (you can see the edges of the building are not very sharp) With soil underneath it, but had to zoom out quite a bit.

Ah I see it now. Strange way for a bonus to be put in the warehouse, but it doesn't fit into any category for the bonus window and can only be used inside the mini game so that makes sense.

Any idea about what this bonus actually does? I have received a Delivery Date bonus but it is not showing in the Bonuses window, nor can I find any explanation from anywhere else.
