The most effective way to solve the problem is to reinstall the game. Your progress will automatically be restored using your Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS account.

Please do the following:
1. Delete the Airport City app from the device.
2. Install the app through OS Stores, using the same OS account.
3. Enter the game with a stable Internet connection, pass the tutorial to level 3, and choose to restore the game from the cloud that has the highest progress.

The operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android) platform you play on has their respective stores.
1. Windows for Microsoft Store.
2. macOS for Mac App Store.
3. Linux does not officially have a store but leverage on Ubuntu, Fedora, Flathub and Snapcraft.
4. Android for Google Play Store.
