New b here.started a couple days ago or so. Working on town hall upgrade #2 (to3rd lvl).
I just found the green effect (trees, parks, etc.) On houses. Is there a similar effect for businesses?
What are some begin-game tricks I want to know?

I suggest reading Captain WH Rollins' article on the game as a piece of advice for beginners:
don't blindly complete the task of the game: such as helicopters. . . . And some very expensive construction tasks

There is ! but you can't buy them right now ! you have to win them !
