Where do I get the training centre from? Is this just a mobile thing or is it also available on facebook too?

AFAIK training center was a reward for completing one of the tasks of the Space quest. Since the quest is over you ( and I) are out of luck and have to use neighbors Training Center.
I am talking about android game only.
