Green Launch Re: LAUNCH EXPERIENCE Red. Green, Blue, QLs or other

I've used Jar of Diogenes bonus over the last week and a half, since the update. I have used it, to double experience in everything I do. However one person told me that those whom i launch rockets, would also gain double experience, and those I've launched with haven't noticed the difference.
The launches I've done with my twin, also never received double experience.
Therefore since KB1 has maxed out at level 70 I probably won't be using diogenes bonus anytime soon, unless some could give me definitive proof the double experience works for all in a launch.

I did the same but only the game that have activ the bonus will get double experience and not the rest.
