It happens to me always with neighbours that I can collect passengers/money/fuel from building only once, the day after those buildings are not active anymore and it seems they never become active again. How is that supposed to work? You can get things out of neighbours buildings only once or would those ever become active again?

I have the same issue. Mine did seem to reset after the last update. However this problem is still occurring. Might be time to add a few new Neighbours??
