Hi all,
We are a Level 8 alliance which normally achieves a top 70/80 position. This week we planned a MPW (Max Pax Week) and we have already carried over 2m pax (with two days to run) and could be on course to make a top 20 position.
All this from 14 out of 16 members…… we all bond, we plan, we laugh, we execute!
We don’t set task or pax carrying rules…… we do what we are comfortable with and it works.
