Electricity Requirements

Hello Again Guys,
I am full of questions today.....
When I purchased my Level 6 Terminal I had used 285/310 electricity. I could not purchase it because it said I did not have enough power and should build more power stations. Anyway, I was forced to buy another Solar Power Station and then built the Terminal.
When it was completed, it now shows that I am using 299/358 electricity. I would have had enough with the 310 I had before. Why did it tell me I did not have enough when clearly I did?
Has anyone else seen this?

I have also had that. My only guess would be that for this building, AC counts the electricity need of the old and the new terminal.

I agree with groeting.
Anytime you upgrade a building it counts the full needs of the building not the incremental increase between the two levels.
