Windows Education 1 building not appearing

Our Educational building lvl 1 is still faded on 3 of our games. I've noticed that other of our neighbors seem to be having the same problem? We tried moving the building, turning the games on and off. Nothing seems to be fixing it. I'm going to contact G!, but I was just wondering if anyone figured out a self fix around this issue.
