There are many reasons for downloading failure, such as platform reasons, problems with your terminal equipment and network problems.
First of all, you must make sure that there is nothing wrong with the terminal Shenbei and the network connection. GI may be able to help.

I've had same now on Amazon platform after the last update.
I tried uninstall, but on 're-install' it could not find resources to 'restore progress'....played new game to level 3....
I've contacted Support and have to wait...
They can take a day or two to respond.
Patience is key now.

They have replied and transferred my game as I requested. I posted last night at 6:15pm and they replied this morning at 8:40am.
