Windows DAILY BONUS GLITCH

I've noticed both before and after I restored my computer, (twice) since the July big update, that every time the daily bonus is ready to pop up, not one but all my games will minimize.
Anyone else have this problem with popups in game?

On my ipad sometimes the game just doesn't act right (slow, no videos) until after the popup appears and it is clicked.

Happen with me sometime i minimize the game for few minutes and open it again show up the popup again.
