Collect from neighbours won't work

Hi

I have a problem with collecting from neighbours. Once I collected from a certain building I won't be able to collect from that building again. I can collect from the same neighbour the next day from a different buildings, but not from a building that I have collected before. This doesn't work now for multiple weeks. I was hoping that an update would resolve the problem, but it didn't. Any idea what causes that? Does anybody else have the problem? Please note that I never changed the date or time on my device.

maybe he is collecting in his own buildings...or a game limitation (to change friends )
