bought in game cash but not credited

Guys i bought in game 32 cash but it has not been credited yet can anyone help me around if he or she has faced the same issue

That has happened to me a few times. I called Google Play & let them know. The $ was initially cleared from my bank but then credited. It's my understanding that you need to go straight to Game Insight. I never dealt with them directly, but I think others have. Hopefully they can let you know how to contact them. GOOD LUCK!
