Android Alliance type keeps changing to closed

I've been facing this issue every time I open the game or refresh it!! I've set the alliance type to 'By request' but it keeps changing to closed by itself!!! I tried refreshing the game, checked my internet connection too! But it still keeps changing to closed.
Need some help on this!!

Ik heb dit probleem elke keer als ik het spel open of ververs !! Ik heb het alliantietype ingesteld op 'Op verzoek', maar het verandert steeds in vanzelf gesloten!!! Ik heb geprobeerd het spel te vernieuwen, heb ook mijn internetverbinding gecontroleerd! Maar het verandert nog steeds in gesloten.
Heb hier wat hulp bij nodig!!
