Ha ha - I've joined again, but my launching is still broke. I can add a bonus, but no items of any value. Sorry, just a passenger again. Apparantly I have a known issue that will be fixed on a future release. Jury is still out LOL!

I agree - raise a ticket. I had something similar, but i play on windows and it was due to having both "Aiport City" and "Airport City GI" live at the same time withjout realising! GI talked me through a reset and it worked a dream.

Yup, we have them back as well,a nd the chat feature is working again :)

You need to contact GI support. They will have a copy of your old game on the server, and as long as your new game has been played to level 3 they can restore your progress, and you should also get your old game ID back. Good luck my friend.

Are you playing on a windows version, as that always has problems if your machine is not powerful enough? I know if I move a lot of buldings around, I have to close and reopen regularly to prevent crashes! - I do that a lor as I keep eperimenting with getting the airport to its best. I am...
