It was a really good suggestion, but you can see why so many of us were confused. :D Would be nice if we could.

Your suggestions are not possible with Win PC version (or android as far as I know). Collection items for this event cannot be gifted. You cannot see your neighbors' collection inventory. Nice thought, but won't work for the majority of us.

I wish I had neighbors with cold war items to gift - I know I don't have any of those items. (Unless I misunderstood you)

I did six institutes. I now have 250 jackhammers with no further use as I finished the rock collection (x5 - ready for next year). I removed 4 of them and kept 2 for the coin production and rebuilt some items from my warehouse.

Let me know if you figure out who it is. He/she is in both of my games, but the number of neighbors has not increased. I just can't figure who is missing. :confused::confused::confused:

After the update, I ended up with 2 neighbors which have either taken the place of 2 older neighbors, or 2 who have changed their names. Anyone else have a "kid hijacker" or a "back in 2 hours" in their neighbor list?
