You are almost correct - not completely correct however. I was flying from my support games to Cape Canaveral for green launch items and I didn't want at all someone to send me items there instead to my main. At some point all destinations were stuck by weather. So I started buying Mistery Bonus...

Event finished. Still flying for stars and keeping 6 Universities for my neighbors to visit them.

From 1st place in green launches you get maps, you fly this maps with TurboProp and collect collections, the award is QL. Type green maps or QL in the search in the forum and read. EDIT: Sorry, was obviously too slow :)
