I flew today TPs with instant return and SG + SC activated and they dropped quite some items. I would say that for events SG and not GD improves the drop rate... On another case, flying adventure flights without GD brings really poor results so here GD seems to be useful.

And a general comment about extending the event duration: don't forget guys, that next event in the row is the Halloween one and it is knocking on the door (this one is scheduled to finish on 26th so 5 days left to Halloween only).

I believe you heard something wrong. According to my knowledge best option would be to build all six Burial Vaults and even to keep them active (they will produce 19 regular pax outside of the event).

It was already commented here - as the drop rate of Straitjackets is "often" but always 19 possessed passengers drop from Burial Vault, you have less Straitjackets than multiple of 19 pax, i.e. you can use just partially the number of possessed passengers. So you get stuck once...

On page4 of this thread there is a list of sub-quests for the event. 22 and 23 say "Visit 5 History Museums". There is also a sub-quest "Visit 5 Book stores".

Yes, like all other "special" passenger buildings (e.g. the ones dropping romantic passengers during event times and regular passengers otherwise).

I still bet that it is a bug. Otherwise all neighbors who finished the sub-quest last year would be stuck with the event. In 36 hrs I will have 6 History Museum built.
