Could anyone confirm or deny the following: I expect to be able to collect my Jumbo Rangers after the event's end. I don't need any Jumbos now (I know they'll go in my warehouse, not in my hangars) and I'd prefer to keep my experience points for some future moment.

Forget about alliance ranking. Adventure flights (as @Madegwen59 said) or red launches - that is the real source of gold tokens.

Well, that’s exactly the question. I know I have enough pax to do 300-350 Jumbo flights for 6 hours (the duration of an adventure map). Plus gallons of fuel, of course.

When I was flying Jumbos (until two months ago) I was used to fly 43 daily flights (3 waves x 13 planes plus 4 x 2 speed-ups when fuel was overflowing). You need daily 11 Catalysts.

Fuel Immortals, A. Hetsigehans, AJ, Mitlain, A. Sv.Event are on the first 5 places in the ranking (276k to 123k marshmallows). #100 currently with 17,521.

Probably because it could take you 6 months or more to collect 600 gold tokens, with frequent QL launching and flying adventure destinations...

Usually you either receive what has been sent or you receive F3/P5. I can't remember of a case when one send an item and the other received a different item (regular item, not F3/P5).

It is already discussed in the thread. Anyway, go to event store (Volcano icon at the left, then third icon fro left (the bag), select a building and look to the description at the right: it shows bonus, construction time and size :)

@Madegwen59 Bowl of riches says "quest item drop (both common and collectible)" so it is helpful during event time only. Spy Glass says the same, so same use (event only). Both bonuses specify not in the initial description but rather in the bullets below it that they are only active towards...

Or much, much better (as it has been said several times already) join only launches of people you know and ask the starter for their rules. Don't jump into a launch not knowing the rules of the starter unless you only join with very low number of points.

Exactly. It is really useful building however so I'd suggest save your gold tokens for it. The mentioned price is for lvl1 - 2 free slots and two slots you can open for greens. Then you could upgrade it to lvl2 - another 250 gold + 3,000 silver, another 2 free slots and 2 more you can open for...

Once you start consistently flying award destinations and start building the respective buildings, you will be able to remove another "free" pax boosters like Abandoned Spaceport, Space Needle and Grand Hotel. I currently have 0 of first and second and only 3 of third. I plan to store further...

Being in top 25 doesn't make big difference daily (5 steel chests plus 1000 coins vs 5 steel chests plus 500 coins). I believe you won't even recognize the additional 500 coins daily :) The slightly bigger difference are the two additional gold chests (6 more gold tokens) in the big adventure...
