You know, it is possible that reactivation costs were 50% before the price went up. I got mine 2 years ago, and now it's 75% :( I wonder if that means that when (if) they offer the CBMs again (at a much higher price, I'm sure), that the reactivation costs will also go up...

The delay worked out ok for me - got a couple more launches done, and only 8 minutes left on QLs. I'll reactivate either at bedtime or early in the morning, depending on how our totals look.:) Glad you were able to get it straightened out.

Maybe you don't, but many other players do. Others have also been known to spend greens on launch prep, rather than waiting til they gathered enough. GI wouldn't offer it, if it didn't make money for them.

I back up my game at least twice a day to a folder on my desktop, then also onto my USB drive at bedtime, but I haven't had any problems with the backup folder disappearing. Perhaps your usb drive has some corrupted areas. Maybe try a new drive?

Did your game revert back to 6.23? Mine has reverted to 6.23 three times after my computer had been turned off, and I lost all progress when I re-updated to 6.24.5. Luckily I had made backups, and was able to restore my game with only a small loss.
