@cward there is a limitation in that you can send one successful invite to and receive from the same person if that does not work. You will have to wait until their name cycles up on the neighbor list to add them. Some neighbors for various reason can not join or become lost to each other.

There are several different level numbers being used. ie. Top 100, persons ranking level, points awarded for various tasks. It was most probably a typo error created by the server. It added a couple of extra zeros in the wrong place.

It is a bug or something because nobody playing a normal game can go from 133 to 1 in a week. That would indicate 19 flights a day unless you were will to spend lots of real money for fuel and passengers.

most of them are not worth spending the money but 1 or 2 like the planetarium are worth it in case you missed out on the quest. because the building provides items needed for red launches.
