I think I missed something, what are the sickles used for?

Since that 77 event my heart hasn't been well because I was so unprepared and that reward building made me drool, even now when I visit neighbours and catch sight of it I drool. And this year I shall have it, that's if the goal posts are not shifted too far.

There was a time when I There was a time when I wasn't launching anything for about 3 months or so and all the launches I could participate in I'd add no more than 36 points, but now I had amassed enough to do the 77 red launches and I plan to keep it that way until that event comes.
