I got the exact same support message as an earlier posting. It not only doesn’t fix anything it’s almost insulting that it’s the best solution they can come with. With the holidays I’m sure this won’t be fixed until Tuesday at the earliest.

There is no iOS12 . Are you referring the 11.1 or 11.2 or 11.2.1? I'm on 11.2 and the game is virtually unplayable if you're trying to do the event or visit neighbors. I've lost two sleighs and a skating ring because the game crashed and can't sync up. All the non event stuff is mostly OK...

Not only once you start visiting neighbors does it get really slow and sometime crash, the game doesn't seem to be synching up for me. I've lost two collections where I'd have extra sleighs for this and it's kind of pissing me off. Opened a ticket but I know GI won't do a damn thing about it

I don’t think extra passenger buildings are ever bad as long as you have room for them but YMMV
