I had to reboot my computer and when I opened my game it was reset back to the beginning and I don't know how to get my game back? Any help? Who do I contact? Thanks

Yes I experience that all the time. I am never quite sure when the time resets. I find also that it isn't a set time for all my giftees. For example. Right now I can send gifts to everyone except Veltro and Yar. Even though I sent them all at the same time yesterday which was less than 24...
