I am raising this from the dead - I’m at level 78 and my five star hotel is not yet available. I’ve check the wiki and from memory I don’t recall doing the side quest with the water bottle drops. It’s not available either - any ideas how to fix this other than using greenies?

Yes, there is a set limit per day - ten in total but maximum 5 to speed up planes by 30%
