The weekly Top 100 is separate for iOS and Android, but the Green, Blue & Red Launches has always been cross platform (under normal circumstances). So I think the Alliance will be cross platform too.

Same here. Bali Hi has no Crop Circle and UFO monument! Bali Hi (Android, not updated) cannot visit all neighbours too) BaliOS (iPad, not updated) can still visit Android neigbours).

I have not yet updated (not because I don't want to, but simply because the update never appear in the Play store). However, the annoying "Update" window keeps bugging me to do a non-existent update!!

I think they did update the version, but they may have discovered some bugs today (like what @Pavolko_Gun discovered), and decided to pull it and reinstate the previous version. Just guessing...

That's the version before this latest update. That means you don't have the update yet (just like me) :(. The strange thing is, it says updated on Sep 26, 2015.

Good question. Excavation flights do not require any flight items only a starter Map, so what are the 20 items they are selling in the Excavation Map Set? It cannot be 20 maps since it cost only 5 greenies, cheaper than the the Map Set containing 3 random maps for 12 greenies. Maybe it is...
