I ran some numbers and once you are able to get the car dealership, no other business is as profitable per day based on how many times you need to click on it. Also, I'd REALLY prefer business automatically collect cash and residents collect clients so I just have to manage and worry about airport.

Is there an easier way to know which buildings are more profitable per second? Also the electricity standpoint is a little confusing to understand.

Just wondering how you trade out old buildings that only make 1 coin for more profitable buildings as you level up? Or do buildings naturally improve as your level increases?
