Problem with spaceship items

Hi pilots!I am a new member to this forum but a long term player.
I have this problem.When i touch the space items ,the following message appears "This item has already been used and it can't be used again".I tried to download the game again and appears this message again.
Also,i visited Madlen and it didn't work.I play the game both android and pc ,maybe that's the problem.
Could someone help me please;
