How long do these bonus links stay active? I always get the same message: "That bonus link has expired." Or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks also to Maverick68. My game was crashing every 10 minutes or so, and I was becoming convinced that it was an issue with my video card/drivers. Since I read this and downloaded and sync'd the GI version the game has not crashed once! So grateful for the advice as it was getting really...
