I've tested this a few months ago and unfortunately the bank branch doesn't auto collect greenies from the casino. I didn't test if it collects the coins the casino gives after 30 days though.

Answering your questions. 1- they are not automatic, you have to start them. 2- you have to pay one of the 6 different contracts, the number of contracts available are direct related to the number of visa centers or bank branches you have. 1 building means 1 one contract, 6 buildings means 6...
