I have not noticed this. Did a map run to Santa Rosa (Giant alliance map) this past week and got 35% drop, which is on the extreme high end for alliance maps. I assume excavation maps would be similarly unaffected.

I seem to remember that there was an issue a long time ago where the players had to re-fly certain destinations, but they got to keep the stars they already had. @ItsRalphy could probably answer this one.

For those of you in the conundrum of having a city full of Black Wraiths without a way to get Black Wraith Traps: The latest in-game update makes it feasible to get those traps from White Phantoms in neighbor's cities (very seldom). Best of luck!
