I too have not had the best drop rates for the quest - will keep on plugging away though.

You have taken the proper steps by contacting GI support. I know others have had this issue when leaving the game open. Though this bug pops up for different reasons being that you do leave it minimized often I would shut it down when not actively playing. As far as the wait for a response GI support is uneven on their fixing of players issues. Unfortunately you just have to wait for them to resolve your issue. You might want to check if you had gold and silver tokens they may have been taken when you received this message. If they are gone you should add that to your ticket so you don't lose your hard work earning them. Finally yes this message is supposed to be for if you change the time/date however it pops up for other reasons not associated with what it is supposed to do.

Improved slightly and now have 5 Carriage Workshops and a 6th under construction. Helped by accidentally buying a Wedding Set as highlighted when I loaded the game

CONGRATS !! To all the fair players that got a reward in the weekly ranking

I just want to tell to the players who want to do Excavations( with big planes): You need a lot of greenies to rent planes or you will need a lot of maps for each destination ( 200 to 350 maps for each)...or if you are cheater it's probably another way ....I think !!!
You do app.10 to 12 flights by maps and the drops are very poor !

I've been getting maps from Croocker ever since I built the airship dock and got all the main destinations experted out.
It's getting those alternate destinations to places like Smolensk, Bibracte or other places.
Got about as much chance as trying this month's Event in !KB2

You are right Ken we have to buy a lot of maps from Croocker but we needs a lot of greenies for that

BTW gifts went out way earlier today from both !KB and !KB2.
!KB city has had a few adjustments and then some.
Going to close Valentine Event in !KB unless someone objects they are actually getting items from my buildings. Please PM and let me know if yes to getting something other than passengers.
Otherwise tomorrow evening I will close and make way for new and improved city.

@rocky I just keep buying the Main destination maps and hope for the best.
Other than getting stars, i have no need for buying a 4X4 for 80 greenies and having a 3X3 building hogging all the space.

But you loose a chance to get the collectible item Building reward( 1 by day) ...So I prefer to get building to get collectible items and the stars sure that come with it ....But it is to each of us as we wish !
