Was away all day yesterday and sent a pile of chocolate candies out this AM. Will get second round out later tonight. I *think* I was able to gift all forum peeps who had sent me something. Please let me know if I missed you.

My game still doesn't have the event on it. Seems to happen a lot to me for some reason. A couple of you I can't event visit right now.

I did get 200 for a friend request and have the following on my list... Anyone here go by the following?

Black - Level 14
Jack68 - Level 32
Freely International - Level 7
Joorun - Level 21
Brycei - Level 37

due to technical issues with my computer I no longer have access to windows store either via the store app or through browser. Everything has been tried and it seems that only a clean install of windows 10 is likely to fix the issue. I am putting that off for as long as possible because for other affected websites I can just use my mobile - but not of course for the game!
Am I missing anything else by not having the update? I am not bothered by events as I never do them anyway

I had the same issue with windows 10 (no store and about half of windows functions unavailable) after Build 1511 was installed as an update. I found the only way to resolve the situation was to do a system refresh - what that did was to remove a lot of sludge(conflicts) between the first download of windows 10 and the build 1511 update(tons of driver conflicts). Should you attempt this refresh, first back up your browser favorites(links) and any other critical files to a thumb drive or other removable drive. It should completely restore your windows 10 system(I would also stress a complete download of the AirportCity file for safety's sake!).

That's because auto-update doesn't roll to everyone at once (and crush MS servers) but rather different people get them at different time. You can force the update manually, though:
1) open Store
2) open righ-side charms bar, click "Settings"
3) click "App updates"
4) mark apps you want to update
5) click "Update now" (or smth like that) button on the bottom bar.

the only problem I had with the update was ac wouldent open had to do a system restore, then they had an ac update reinstalled update no problems. microsoft store app works fine.

Well I had a "perfect" timing thing happen to me. Had to go manually get the update as this account never gets updates automatically though it is set to do so. After getting said update my main game WP will now not start. No splash screen no monitor flicker nothing I click it is as if I did not click at all. Of course the more odd thing about this the game works fine under WP2 on the same PC. Figuring the quickest path to getting my game back would be a reinstall I went that route. So uninstall / reinstall go click AC and ...........nothing.
So not sure when WP will be back to gifting you may skip sending to me for now if you would like. Once I can play again gifts will again start to flow from my side.

@Wired Parrott - I have the same problem on Ten. Ten2 updated without a problem.

I believe @david smith had this same problem, and he did a system restore to fix it. I backed up both before updating, so I have that covered.

I've also recently received 200 coins from new member - Brycei - he/she has no signature, infact profile is completely empty, although I have received two gifts todate. Have also not been able to connect at both ends - no friend code.

Same thing here. I have not accepted his request yet, but haven't deleted it in case he completes his profile. Right now when I click on him, it says "This user's profile is not available."

Had the same problem with MikeO3 account in January. GI couldn't help me.
I deleted the Game and Account, created new Account, download the Game again and insert earlier backuped LocalState Folder.
Only this way I restore MikeO3.

@m-bari Just curious - when you restore the game, do you replace the entire LocalState folder? Does that put back your original profile code and everything? I've been backing up that folder daily and putting it on a flash drive for "just in case", but realized I wasn't sure what to do with it if I lost my game.

I've been backing up that folder daily and putting it on a flash drive for "just in case", but realized I wasn't sure what to do with it if I lost my game.

I opened new game. It was on lvl1. Then closed and replaced LocalState Folde entirely
