If this happen every time you must contact Gi support.
Take screenshot for the greenies you have before redeem the code and after redeeming take another screenshot t approve that it lost.

Yesterday the code is not work for me in windows 10 PC with my account HMYH but worked with other accounts.
I received a PM from a member that he have same problem today after the daily time reset i try it and worked with me so if someone happen with him the same please wait till the next day time reset and try it if not worked better to contact Gi support
