I've read the same advice when I first joined the forum last year but I was optimistic and didn't listen to the veterans. and I'm really regretting not listening to them

Decided to not accept update, since nice people here posting all there problems.
Awoke and launched a couple of planes, then realized city not full of coins and passengers only half available.
Noticed remaining planes indicated 15-20+ hour flights.

GI ACG nonsense is too funny:rolleyes:. I have wasted more time with there non-helpful customer service this past month than I care too. Apathetic Mary is the worst. "24/7" Customer service:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: , ya right. Scripted non-helpful response 24-72 hours later.
Read some of their employee posts on glassdoor.com to gain a true insight.

Accepted update, no change. Performed hard reset of device. No change.
Sometime tomorrow planes will land:wtf::confused:(n)

Stopped feeding them currency almost a month ago.

Experienced some fun and some frustration playing this game.
Encountered some nice people in game through their actions, not words.

Wish them the very best in game and life.
Miss some of the people who stopped playing.

That is crazy, I have flown the same planes and have not seen any flight that takes 21 hours with a powerful delta or 18 hours with a jumbo, it's unbelievable they miss all these stupid bugs... and it never ends... as I said in my earlier post that the last update that actually fixed or improved the game without game breaking bugs was august 2017.

don't waste your time with costumer support they are a bunch of dumb asses. useless pieces of shit that only piss players off. even with screenshots and videos as evidence they will always blame players or accuse them of lying. they never own up to or admit their mistakes. they hardly compensate players for the inconvenience (can only remember 2 times they did). greedy sons of b*tches. even though compensating with in-game items doesn't cost them anything, but they are too greedy to compensate and have too much pride to own up to their mistakes. instead they call it "improvements"

Interesting intel you found on employee posts, If I ever cross paths with one of them... God help them.

Last year happen with one of my accounts and some players too.
This because of the Gi server i think your account still in old system and there is a reason maybe you are using old device and you should update your device system.
Also maybe because you did not do any update from a long time back ;)

Free2Play gifting is clearly broke and needs a priority hotfix, today managed to send 5 gifts and now says i have sent all gifts i can. It is a game breaker, and why on my old phone i had auto-update apps turned off because of the issues with updates on the game, now turned off again on this phone. Fix ASAP please before you start affecting your subscription base.
 
Free2Play gifting is clearly broke and needs a priority hotfix, today managed to send 5 gifts and now says i have sent all gifts i can. It’s total mess, I agree. Gifting takes much longer than before.
Three tricks however to keep sending 20 gifts daily:
a) you should always be able to gift from neighbor’s list (this is at least my experience)
b) once your game tells you to invite new neighbors, exit and enter again
c) try never to send a gift to the complete (filtered) list. If e.g. you’d like to send VRs to all 5 neighbors who are shown with filter VR, click on all 5, then delete the filter so you see all your neighbors again and just then press Send button (someone advised this in one of the thread, either the 6.8 update or some dedicated to the gift bug).

At the moment I've wrote the issues were not game breaking it was not clear yet how much of those were in place. There's an official annoucement coming on our Facebook page in a bit, I'll sum it up here.
  • Because of the App Store delay with our iOS update, we'll extend special event everywhere for a day
  • We're working on an update with fixes for gifts, and some minor others
Obviously, there's an internal investigation why the feature that was designed as an UX improvement was greenlighted by QA in the sad state you see.

Our criticism was not to you, was for the poor QA and quality of the game.
But seriously, you guys need to kick the QA team's ass!
 
Ivan: Indeed, I don't know whether the following is a feature or a bug, but it is against the game logic:
If you select a gift first and then try to send it to multiple neighbors than only first 15 neighbors according to the selected criteria are shown.
If I return gifts, received from my neighbors, than I know exactly to whom I should sent (I need only pencil and sheet of paper to take my notes ;)) and I can modify the search criteria e.g. with first letters of the name and I manage to send all gift promptly.
If I have however some free gift slots and would like to evenly distribute them between my neighbors, than I was used in the past to randomly select a gift (let say I decided to distribute few free Earplugs), put a search criteria (in this case it would be EP) and decide to whom from the list to send the earplugs, trying of course not to send to someone I have sent a gift recently etc. Now I can see only first 15 of my neighbors who have EP in their name so I should send the free gifts to one of first 15 neighbors (sorted by their names).
I believe the primary idea when you created the game was to send gifts to a wider base to help more neighbors to advance.
So do you plan to change this or it will stay like it is?


EDIT: Now you have introduced the Sort button (Alphabet / Favorite / Alliance / Active) - can you add one more Chronological? If you receive more gifts than you can return it is always good to know who sent you a gift first?​

Everyone will be putting A or AA or AAA in front of their names to be first. If it's planned quite honestly it is stupid! Except me my name is Madge and will stay as Madge not a.madge or amadge. Own your name.
