For those people who have not done this quest before the drop rate from friends flowers around the city is shocking.

I used a Spy Glass, visited twelve neighbors and got one Pruning Shears for every flower I tapped. IMHO it works great.

The Golden Dice appear to be very effective when tapping flowers in your city. I just tapped 23 flowers and got 23 collectible flowers, including the three roses I needed to complete the quest.

It's great to see an old quest again with a new and useful reward. My two cents...if an old quest is used bump up the tasks. I have 3 stars and 3/3 on the collections. They could have the original goals and reward for new players and maybe double or triple the goals for top players and have a new reward for that level of completion. I like the use of the smaller planes for the quests as well. Much easier to fly 120 flights than 400 to star out. Looking forward to the daily tasks as well. Something to break up the day to day flying. As for visiting and gifting, there is a bonus that helps us do more visits. Why can't there be one that let's us gift more or something like double gift tuesday. A level 4 launch pad for mars and flights that require packages would be nice as well with buildings such as a UPS store, fedex or an amazon fulfilment center to supply packages. Just a few of my game thoughts. Good luck on the quest!

Task 1.
3 Valentine's Bouquet collections needed to finish the event

Its items drop from Flowers around your city
Pruning Shears are needed for that
Pruning Shears is an event item we can exchange
Pruning Shears drop from neighbors' Flowers​

Task 2.
3 Plush Pleasure collections needed to build 3 Merry-go-rounds

Items drop from 5 event flights

Venice, 19 RP (PPD)
Maldive Islands, 32 RP (T-P)
Provence, 44 RP (Jet)
Verona, 90 RP (D)
Riviera, 200 RP (Jum)​

All flights need Romantic Passengers from event buildings

Gazebo (300 coins, +12 pass, 1 h, 1x1)
Bridal Salon (4 greens, +35 pass, 18 h, 1x1)
Romantic Café (380 coins, +6 pass, 20 m, 1x1)
Sweet Shop (600 coins, +24 pass, 8 h, 1x1)

Just updated all my 4 games to the new version and quest!!!
Visiting friends is a little bit quicker than before, but the most irritating issue is now the loading of
the buildings in the neighbors cities. They load very slow, nearly one by one!!!
Has anybody noticed this??? @greensmith , @Gt city, , @Cosmic Blue ,Free2Play ????

Yup, was very painful waiting for the cities to load.

Also pretty much wasted 4 greens on a Golden Dice as the neighbours I visit with planetariums seem to be mainly on Windows devices that haven't for the update yet so I get booted straight out of their city.

When I highlight the reward building in the explanation on my iPad, it says plus ten population and plus ten passengers.

Well, 6 hours ago Airport City Mobile said Windows would have the update in about 2 hours. More like 2 days, I think, based on past history. Meanwhile, I can't visit my android neighbors, nor can they visit me.

Oh interesting... I have a different daily mission... Visit 125 residential buildings, help neighbors 50 times (each click on a neighbor is 1 help), send 16 gifts

Edit: So, visiting 10 neighbors and clicking 5 items at each neighbor fulfills the help neighbors 50 times item.

Plus using fuel to speed up all those planes? This task appears to be either very time-consuming or very expensive or both. And the reward appears to be two collectibles?
UPDATE: Apparently there are a number of different tasks. My support game has these:

Land 35 Guest Planes
Speed 30 Flights with Fuel
Complete 40 Flights​

It will be a valuable reward for those without Excavations Buildings.

But it will come at a hefty cost to your regular flight missions.
