There are two categories of the event items (Jackets and Slabs). One type of jacket and four types of slabs. As far as I know, we are able to send slabs. Jackets are the ones that show up as f3/p5.

You need to finish side quests related to game. Any planes which drop straitjacket they are stored in warehouse. Click on quests folder and go through the steps. Ive done about 6 so far. Waiting to visit my majors 10 times. Bit long when you've only got 2!

Have you tried going to Airport City in the store and updating from there, rather than checking for updates etc etc

I've tried it, but it didn't help. But I will wait, usually have all updates a couple of hours later, maybe due to geographical reason (I have czech version of Store).

I've tapped on my Burial Vaults and not received one drop from them yet for the collection that is gathered from burial vaults. 0% drop rate so far. Anyone else experiencing this?

All I've received from my vaults are possessed passengers & an occasional straitjacket. Nothing for whispers in the walls.

Yes. Well, I assume so. I could visit neighbours' Grocery Stores and they counted, so that should be the same.
Still, I'm not sure that I will be able to visit 10 in 1 day. I will have to go museum hunting.

Yes you can visit neighbors museums. I have 2 - one on each side of twisting tower.

You get 19 passengers per hour per vault and you need 19 passengers to fly to Dahsur but the flight is 2 hours. So unless you have 2 turboprops per burial vault or do lots of Dasur speed-ups, you will be soon swimming in possessed passengers. But you want to keep room in the possessed pax terminal because you have to click on the vaults for the 2nd collection (Whispers in the Walls) which are slow to drop. If you are running a spyglass, which I recall does help with the Whispers drop rate, do the free speed-ups on the Burial vaults in the last 30 seconds in order to get 6 clicks per vault in your six hours.

I have a Historical Museum which I will move to the burial vaults which I have already moved to the first row by the airport.

The size is good on my iOS devices but Windows is very, very tiny. Hiding the city and just looking at the grid helps but then I don't get to see my lovely city. Perhaps if they had a small-medium-large icon selection in the options...
