It was a bit like bad weather increases are now - except it got worse. I don't remember the exact increments. If I remember, it was double the fuel at the end.Any idea how much more fuel did it require?

Yes. I completed the event using Turbo Propeller (3 stars), Jet (2 stars), Jumbo (2 stars) and some flights with Delta (1 star) and Powerfull Delta (no stars). Can someone without thunderbirds to complete the event?
Not sure but fuel increment was only to special destinations. Thanks, that's very helpful!
Was it only on the event flights or did it apply to all other flights too?
Say, for example, would a flight to Turkish Coast require more fuel to get a lamp to fly to Bali which is getting more fuel-intensive?
Good to know, thanksYes. I completed the event using Turbo Propeller (3 stars), Jet (2 stars), Jumbo (2 stars) and some flights with Delta (1 star) and Powerfull Delta (no stars).
If my notes are correct the fuel encrease 20% every 4 daysIt was a bit like bad weather increases are now - except it got worse. I don't remember the exact increments. If I remember, it was double the fuel at the end.
I guess that with all those bug corrections that took place last year bonuses won't have any effect on buildings and trees drops anymore...That was the toughest event of 2016, IMHO.
A full boost run (all bonuses) = SG+SC+GS+D+optional bonuses like Bisness Class etc.
NB. Only Spy Glass affects drop rate in quests. I'm not sure if SC and Dice improve the droprate of event flight items (like Filters here). Anyway I usually add them to the cocktail as a habit.

The event was really hard at the start but after a small update (if I recall correctly) it was noticeably relaxed back then. I remember that it disappointed me a little. However as Ivan stated that they have made it alot easier this time round, we will see , i did enjoy the challenge and was it a challenge to get the capital
Take all the time you need, we are not in a rush.Folks, it looks like we're going to push the release to next week. There're too many bugs to fix yet, and I'm sure you'll prefer a more stable release over a rushed one. Cheers!
I like this expression.. ridiculously expensive!!!a ridiculously expensive new building
