I receive your gifts just fine. I also have issues with not enough leprechauns visiting my city. I found that if I close the game and re-open, more will appear. Maybe that would work for you?? I still have one just shoe to get and it is proving very difficult. Just like in my real life, always looking for a lost shoe... how fitting.. LOL
