My Waverly huff game is also looking for Level 9 items:

Terminal: 8 Turnstile, 8 Patrol Drone, 8 Floor Washer, 8 Information Sign​

Control Tower: 8 Infrared Camera, 8 Motion Sensor, 8 Coffee Machine, 8 Observation Drone​

Town Hall: 8 Energy-Saving Lamp, 8 Postal Drone, 8 3D Printer, 8 Hand Dryer​

Also, because these items will probably disappear once the buildings are complete, I will only send my Level 9 gifts (Floor Washer, 3D Printer, Coffee Machine) to neighbors for the next week or so.
