Still can't repair Owl

I completed my repair base level 3 upgrade, still getting the message that I need to upgrade to repair my plane. Opened & closed the game, still getting the message. This is the first bug that is REALLY impacting my game.

I went ahead & dropped it and bought another one. But I can't afford to do that any more. I'm sure the devs are reading these posts and it will be fixed in one of the future updates.

I had two Owls broken on the stands, with a ghost Owl plane lost in the repair base.

Also have the bug, appeared when I upgraded to version 7.0.42

It gets worse again. I've a broken Swift. I'm being told that my Lvl 2 repair base (required to repair Owls) needs to be upgraded...
